At Dapper, we craft our products from the finest materials on the planet. That's why every Safety Razor and all other items in our collection come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers the materials and construction when used responsibly by the original owner. Any damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme conditions, neglect, or even dog chewing will be considered misuse and void the warranty. If your product doesn't meet our promises, simply reach out to us, and we'll make it right.
For customers who purchased their Safety Razor from one of our authorized retail partners, you're covered too. However, please keep the following in mind:

Be sure to keep a copy of the receipt or invoice from the retailer. Without this, products are not eligible for the warranty. Our warranty does not apply to any products not purchased through our official partners. Items from Amazon, eBay, or any unofficial sources will not be covered.

Customers who bought from retail partners are responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty claims. You can choose from the same shipping options available on our website.
